Virginia Cannon, MD
Dr. Virginia Cannon completed medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago. She completed her internal medicine residency and a nephrology fellowship at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has been in practice in Olympia since 1989. In addition to practicing internal medicine, Dr. Cannon also specializes in the evaluation and therapy of osteoporosis and other metabolic bone diseases. She lives in Olympia with her husband, Lon.
Katie de Rose, ARNP
Katie de Rose is a family nurse practitioner whose focus is dedicated to the holistic nursing care of our community. She believes in caring for the whole person and partnering with patients to provide holistic care through actively listening and developing trusting relationships, focusing on health promotion, education, and preventative care.
Katie’s passion for her life’s work includes caring for patients throughout their lifespan, and family medicine allows the opportunity to care for patients of all generations. Her favorite aspect as your health care partner is to care for patients physically, mentally, and culturally. Outside the office, Katie enjoys swimming and hiking, and she lives in Olympia with her spouse and Siamese cat.
Quoc Phan, MD
Dr. Quoc Phan is board certified in family medicine and has been in practice for six years. He completed his residency at Southern Regional Area Health Education Center, affiliated with Duke University Medical Center, and earned his doctorate at Meharry Medical College. Dr. Phan enjoys getting to know his patients and caring for each individual’s physical, mental and emotional well-being. He cares for both adults and children.
Aneesa Sataur, DO
Dr. Aneesa Sataur is board certified in Family Medicine. Originally from New Jersey, she received her B.A. in Biology and English Literature from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. After researching Cancer Biology at the University of Pennsylvania, she completed a Master’s in Medicine and Literature at King’s College London. She graduated from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York, and completed her Family Medicine residency at Westchester General Hospital in Miami, Florida. She believes in building lasting relationships with her patients to provide the best care possible.
Jeewon Yang, ARNP
Jeewon Yang is an advanced registered nurse practitioner at Olympia Family & Internal Medicine. She received her family nurse practitioner degree from Washington State University. Since earning her degree, Jeewon has gained experience in endocrinology, type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes management, and enjoys insulin pump management.
Jeewon received the Daisy Award from Franciscan Health System, an award that demonstrates her strong belief in patient-centered care. She is bilingual, speaking both Korean and English.
Heidi Sedra, ARNP
Heidi Sedra is a family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in internal medicine. She believes strongly in the care of the whole person – part of this involves a friendly approach to developing patient relationships that work toward reaching individual patient health goals. Heidi’s passion for her life’s work includes providing the best care to optimize your quality of life and health.
Her favorite aspect as your healthcare partner is the individualized care she provides in helping you achieve where you want to be. She has a special interest and experience in diabetes management, COPD and heart disease. Outside the office, Heidi is an active Girl Scout leader, enjoys backpacking with her family and has a love for vinyl records.

Noeru Okamura, DO
Dr. Noeru Okamura completed her residency at Southeastern Health Medical Center in Lumberton, N.C., and earned her doctorate at Lincoln Memorial University (Tenn.). Dr. Okamura enjoys the satisfaction she receives working together with patients and family members as a team on the same page.
“I love practicing primary care where I can establish long-term relationships with patients and family members,” she says, “while focusing on preventing illnesses and maintaining good health.”
Dr. Okamura is currently accepting new patients.
Tui Lauilefue, MD
Dr. Lauilefue is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She completed medical school at the University of Hawai’i, and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the John A. Burns School of Medicine in Honolulu, Hawai’i.
Dr. Lauilefue strives to deliver compassionate and high quality care for her patients while actively involving them in a shared decision-making process.
“I believe engaged patients lead to better health outcomes,” she says. “I enjoy developing meaningful relationships with patients and their families. It is a privilege and an honor to be a part of their health care journey.”
Diana Velikova, MD
Dr. Velikova is board certified in Internal Medicine. She completed medical school at the University of Varna Faculty School of Medicine (Bulgaria), and completed her Internal Medicine internship and residency at the Pinnacle Health System in Harrisburg, Penn.
Dr. Velikova chose Internal Medicine as her specialty as it is very diverse, incorporates multiple aspects of the medical field, is challenging and provides an opportunity to create long-standing trustful relationships between her and her patients. In practice in the South Sound since 2004, Dr. Velikova also has an interest in endocrinology and diabetes.
In her spare time, Dr. Velikova enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and traveling.
Dr. Velikova resides in Olympia with her husband and teen-age son.
