Dr. Feldmann, a general and colorectal surgeon, believes that patients should have access to specialized surgical care close to home. He understands that being near the support of friends and family while being treated makes difficult times easier. He is excited to live and work in the greater Olympia area. Dr. Feldmann specializes in treatment of disorders of the colon and rectum including anorectal and pelvic floor issues. He utilizes minimally invasive surgical techniques whenever possible to improve his patient’s recovery time. He also performs all general surgical procedures including treatment of hernias, gallbladder disease, breast problems, and skin lesions. When not at the hospital, he enjoys movies, books, traveling, and especially spending time with his family.

Dr. Nathaniel Paull believes in caring for patients as if they were members of his own family. He recognizes that a surgical procedure can create fear and anxiety, so he ensures that his patients are provided with a detailed explanation of treatment options and understand the rationale behind his recommendations. Dr. Paull has special interest in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, breast problems, repair of hernias in the abdominal wall and removal of tumors of the intestines. His fellowship work trained him in advanced, minimally-invasive surgical techniques for the gastrointestinal tract. During his off hours, he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors.

Monica Young, MD

Dr. Monica Young, general and gastrointestinal surgeon, is focused on providing excellent surgical care in the comfort of a community setting. She believes patients benefit from receiving specialized treatment near the support of family and friends. She is committed to counseling and treating patients with honesty, compassion and respect.
As a specialist trained in general, bariatric and gastrointestinal surgery she treats surgical problems with minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Young’s particular areas of expertise include laparoscopic procedures for gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, lap band removals, paraesophageal or hiatal hernias as well as Heller myotomy for achalasia.
